:: Prayer Groups
Gretchen's house group meets on the last Wednesday of each month. We start at 2.30pm and have a time of worship, led by a minister or worship leader, and then finish with a chat and afternoon tea. This usually finishes around 4pm
Saturday Prayer Breakfast
We meet every last Saturday of the month at 8.00am at Hemel Hempstead Methodist Church. We meet between 8.00 & 8.30 am for breakfast, usually cereal and toast. At 8.45am we begin to focus on our theme for prayer discussing prayer concerns and then a time of formal prayer and silence. We usually finish between 9.30 & 9.45 am. Themes for prayer have included prayers for our church, our town Hemel Hempstead, and local, national and worldwide issues such as homelessness, natural disasters and financial crisis.
