About Hemel Hempstead Methodist Church

Hemel Hempstead Methodist Church welcomes everyone irrespective of age, background, ability, race, gender or sexual orientation

Hemel Hempstead Methodist Church was formed in 2005 when the five Methodist churches in Hemel Hempstead (Bourne Methodist Church, Cupid Green Methodist Church, Marlowes Methodist Church, Nash Mills Methodist Church and Two Waters Methodist Church) joined together.

None of the previous church buildings were suitable for the combined congregation and so a new church has been built. This new church is designed to provide a place of Christian witness and worship for the people of Hemel Hempstead and to serve the community.

Worship began in the new church building in April 2015 and the building was formally opened on 13th June 2015.
